Gong Bell Jingle Driving Rein No 2

Driving Reins were sold by both N N Hill and Gong Bell. This rare New Old Stock piece still had the box, making it easy to identify the maker. Kids would wear these and another child would walk behind acting as the jockey or driver. While this may seem lame to today's kids, I know at least one kid that had a blast wearing one of these while dragging her dad in a little red wagon around an antique toy show.
